I forgot my password

  1. Open the Jump app and tap "Log In."
  2. Tap "Forgot Password."
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

I'm having trouble signing in

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address and password.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • If you signed up using Sign in with Apple, make sure to use the same method to log in.
  • Try closing and reopening the app.

How do I update my profile?

Navigate to your profile page within the app. Tap the edit icon to update your information, including your name, photo, work experience, skills, and education.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at info@thejumpapp.org. Your personal data will generally stop being visible to others within 24 hours, and we will delete your account information within 30 days.

The app is not loading or crashing
